You must possess the appropriate licenses and regulatory approvals to order and receive pharmaceutical products.

While we strive to maintain comprehensive stock availability and prompt deliveries, all orders placed through our digital platforms are subject to product availability and final confirmation.

• We reserve the right to modify, restrict, or cancel quantities purchased based on stock limitations.
• Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our direct control.

Any discrepancies in orders, including damages or shortages, must be reported to Rajesh Pharma immediately upon delivery. Returns and replacements for pharmaceutical products will only be accepted in accordance with strict regulatory guidelines and our standard company return policy. Expiry or short-expiry items must be coordinated directly through your account manager.

You are responsible for ensuring that your login credentials remain secure. Rajesh Pharma is not liable for unauthorized transactions resulting from compromised client credentials. Furthermore, you are solely responsible for compliance with all local regulations regarding the dispensing and storage of pharmaceutical products purchased from us.
